Click+Collect with Mellor enables you to shop in a way that suits you. You can collect your orders from our warehouse at a time to suit you saving you money on postage, if you live in the local area, with a 5pm cut-off time for next day collection (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

It's a great option if you want your order quickly; however, we will only keep your order at our collection warehouse for up to 14 days, then your order will be refunded and cancelled.

 

Terms & conditions

SMS/Email Updates

If you provide us with your mobile number or an email address, we will always keep you updated, typically customers can collect their items the next day, between the hours of 1pm & 5.30pm subject to stock, we will always notify you when your items are ready to collect or inform you of any delays.

Timings

If you order by 5pm (Monday - Friday) you can collect your goods at our warehouse any time after 1pm the next day (excluding bank holidays) subject to stock, or on a chosen day and time to suit you (please let us know the day and time you are wanting to collect, collections@melloronline.co.uk).

If you order by 5pm on a Saturday or Sunday, you can collect between 1pm and 5.30pm on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Note, timings may vary.

Please bring a proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.

We will hold any products with us for a maximum of 14 days. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be returned and you will be refunded automatically.

Exclusions

Some items are excluded from this service, for example large items that need two people to deliver them.

We reserve the right to change the conditions of this service at any time.
